The existence of adaptation in sports exceptionally diverse. In practice have to deal with adaptation to physical loads of very different directions, coordination complexity, intensity and duration, using a wide Arsenal of exercises aimed at the development of physical skills, improvement of technical and tactical skills, mental functions.

Competitions, especially the main (Olympic games, world Championships, the largest international regional competitions), asociated not only with extreme physical exertion, but also with the presence of extreme conditions (stiff competition, the challenging climatic and weather conditions, especially judging the behavior of the audience) that determine the formation of adaptive reactions.

Feature adaptation in the sport unlike many other spheres of human activity, characterized by the need to adapt to extreme conditions, is a multi-stage adaptation to challenging environmental conditions. Indeed, every next stage of multi-year sports development, training year or a single macrocycle, every comp ever-increasing scale give the athlete the need for another adaptation of a jump. This places special demands on the human body.
